What is a PMB and why use it instead of a PO Box?
A Private Mailbox (PMB) is a real street address you can use for business and personal mail. Many businesses and carriers accept a PMB address where a PO Box is not accepted.
Do you accept packages from UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS?
Yes. We receive mail and packages from major carriers. Large or oversized items may require special handling.
Do you accept Certified Mail, legal mail, or Restricted Delivery?
We accept mail and packages for active mailbox holders, including Certified Mail when accepted by USPS or the delivering carrier. Legal documents that are successfully delivered through normal mail to an active mailbox holder are processed the same way as other mail received for that customer.
Restricted Delivery items or mail that requires the named recipient's personal signature will not be accepted by our location.
For more details, please review our Mail Acceptance Policy.
Do you provide registered agent services or accept service of process?
No. Postal Locker LLC does not act as a registered agent and does not accept service of process on behalf of mailbox holders, businesses, trusts, fiduciaries, or other legal entities.
Our service is private mailbox receiving and mail handling for active mailbox holders. If you need a registered agent or legal representative service, you should use a provider that specifically offers those services.
How do I sign up?

Yes. Digital mailbox access is offered through our supported partners. We recommend iPostal1 as our preferred partner.
Do you work with digital mailbox services other than iPostal1?
